So my team got knocked out of World Series of Pop Culture. It's okay, Velvet Rope Revolution, I still love you. Dave Callaham is super hot and I will miss looking at him.
In other news, my braces are off and I have a major crush on the boy I spent all my energy hating since 7th grade. And I have today off, but I'm working all day tomorrow. Bummer.

My job is really easy, but intensely boring. The only difficult thing about it is that I have to watch everyone when I'm on the stand, and not just the attractive males. After careful consideration, I've decided I really like swimmers' bodies. The shoulder and back muscles are hott. With two ts. Like the 19 year-old swim team coach. Goddamn.
Yes, this is what I think about while I sit on the stand and twirl my whistle. I'm not much of a philosopher.

6 colleges in 4 days. UVA was nice...I don't know, I've been there a bunch of times and I just never liked it that much. Tech is really cool though. I like Blacksburg more than Charlottesville. It's way prettier.
Wake Forest is like Stepford College. It's really beautiful and sheltered and rich. I didn't like Duke like I thought I would. The architecture is very gothic and everything is so close together that it's kind of depressing. It feels like money.
UNC was by far my favorite. Chapel Hill is the coolest town and the campus is really cool. It's gorgeous and it's got one hell of an English department. UNCW looks like too much fun. Like they really live at the beach, and occasionally go to class. That's really cool and all, it just didn't seem like college. But they'd probably give me scholarship money, so that would be nice.
So as of right now, my list goes something like:
1. UNC
2. VTech
3. UVA
4. Wake Forest
5. Duke
6. UNCW
Wrightsville beach was pretty. Only stayed for a day, but it was nice.
So I'm back now and it seems like everyone else is gone.

So it looks like I'm the only one heading south for spring break. I'll be at UVA and VTech on Saturday, Wake Forest Saturday night or Sunday morning, UNC on Sunday, Duke sometime soon after that, the beach for a couple days, and then NC State possibly. Who knows when I'll be back.
Actually, the only schools I'll be visiting north of the Mason-Dixon line are Penn State and Villanova. But not 'til Labor Day weekend, so...fuck the northeast, basically. I really don't want to be cold. I really don't.
Oh, college. SATs went fairly well. I guess my future is just out of my hands now. Everyone knows your life is over if you don't do well on the SATs.
I miss Matthew, my parents miss Matthew, everyone misses Matthew. He's so...English.
Also, I'd like recommend She's the Man to everyone who's ever been alive. You'll laugh, you'll cry, but never when they want you to, and it'll be great.

So I just got my sketchbook for art class, and Mr. O says we have to have 50 pages filled by the end of the semester. We're not supposed to work from pictures, and what I like to do is portraits... So I'm thinking: would anyone actually want to sit for me? It might be a pain in the ass because you'd be sitting relatively still for a long time, but it could be cool...right? Anyways, tell me if you'd like to.
Anyhow, things are good. I like my classes. I'm excited about Froshfest, especially since Steven Reader is auditioning! I'm excited about One Axe too. Jesse Geneson is auditioning! Speaking of Genesons, Arianna Geneson is really nice, and I want her to feel welcome.
